Unique Zoom Candle Wedding Favors

Friday 26 September 2008 @ 4:13 am

Okay then, the wedding is on and you need wedding favors shipped fast. They convey to your guests that they mean a lot to you. You’ve been planning nonstop for weeks and finally it is time for… the wedding. Let the merriment begin.

Don’t just heave the wedding favors shipped fast on the tables in a helter skelter fashion. Carefully place them in that indicates the importance of your guests to you. Money does not mean that your chosen favors will be a splash.

Okay, every body always looks forward to the wedding, but you see, the reception is very important also. Don’t you agree? The bridal reception is a time for reflection with the family and anticipation of new beginnings. When your guests are seated, guess what they notice first? Get it faultless and they are a smash, make a blunder and you know what they will recall most about your wedding.

The one thing I would counsel that you consider to ensure that your gifts are a hit is personalization. When you personalize your favors you are saying to you guests that they are important to you and you care.

Most brides and grooms make the blunder when planning their once in a lifetime wedding event in making it too complicated. Keep it simple and you will have much less stress. And you don’t want any extra wedding day anxiety, right? Same goes for your personalized wedding favors, keep them simple.

Adopt your guests feelings over yours when making your choice. You want them to remember your wedding as an pleasing experience for years to come. You can get some amazing ideas looking through bridal magazines. This, of course, is the popular pastime of brides to be the world over. Give it a try.

Do not forget to secure your wedding favors shipped fast with your guests experience in mind. You desire them to feel welcomed when as they appear. Be careful when choosing, try hard to include the emotions that you want to emulate in your selections.

Don’t forget, your marriage is something that you have looked forward to since you were little. Take your time, think about others when choosing your wedding favors shipped fast and you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that you did the correct thing.

Product Review: Web Traffic Juggernaut

Wednesday 24 September 2008 @ 2:07 am

Web Traffic Juggernaut is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. So I decided to put it to the test…

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless–they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive–I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up & running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads–the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into “Juggernaut” links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Juggernaut Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way–links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you’ll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!

After you’ve created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Juggernaut link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Juggernaut link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Juggernaut. So if anyone clicks the Juggernaut image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It’s a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Juggernaut links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members’ links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally–meaning as you make referrals into Juggernaut (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Juggernaut image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Juggernaut also.

I didn’t get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated–my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Juggernaut even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all–downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Juggernaut really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it’s valuable as a user, but no so often that it’s a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that they use a unique dual-matrix technology that builds your downline in 2 ways. First is the typical way–you refer members, who then refer members, etc. But the 2nd matrix is a “forced matrix” that places all new members in a downline in sequential order. Without getting technical, what it means is that if you join and just stay a member (even if you don’t do anything) your downline will grow automatically because new members will fill in your forced matrix. And you earn credits on them too. Now THAT’s cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Web Traffic Juggernaut. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

Are The Yellow Pages Dead?

Sunday 21 September 2008 @ 3:09 am

Are The Yellow Pages Dead?

Are the yellow pages dead? When was the last time you picked up the big yellow book?

There are some facts that have lead me to ask this question.
- Lately, when you search for a local company, you tend to hit a search engine instead of your big yellow book.
- Has a manual search for a business become cumbersome and obsolete?
- Do you tend to find better search results from Google?
- There are some areas that do not wish to publish or distribute a print copy of the yellow pages due to environmental concerns.

Have we hit an era where everything is becoming digital? Your local newspaper, your local radio station, your local television station all have websites. I guarantee it. Truly print material is becoming a thing of the past.

There are many opinions on this subject. Typically the end result; If you have a business, you need an online presence. If people are searching online for a particular business category, you need to be there. Do a quick search for plumbers in your local community, I will wait. Yes, you will find results. Now if you were a plumber, wouldn’t you want your business listed right along side of your competitors?

The major benefit of having a website for your business is the cost involved. Most yellow pages charge a premium to add your business to their directory. To put your business online on the other hand, you typically only need a domain name and hosting. If you pay someone to create a website for you, you own it for life, a one time fee. Most communities tend to have a business directory where you can add your listing free of charge. The end result - more searches for your business at a cheaper cost to you. I have my different businesses listed on my local website, it generates me a rather substantial amount of revenue.

Did you realize that even the yellow pages has a website? This must raise a few eyebrows. The yellow pages has realized that we are in a digital era and needed to adapt to the change. The amount of directories added to the world wide web would average to be dozens per day.

Tips for Setting Your Copywriting Rates

Friday 12 September 2008 @ 4:44 am

A copywriting job can mean brisk business, especially for writers who have the skills and experience. However, that is only if the writer knows how to strategically price his copywriting services, something that can be very tricky, especially for beginners. Setting a rate for copywriting can be confusing, particularly because you don’t want to overcharge and turn away prospects or undercharge and not be paid what you deserve. Here are some of the most important things that you should consider when setting your copywriting rates:

Different copywriters charge different rates

This is due mainly to the type of skills you have, your writing expertise and experience. Beginner copywriters, for example, cannot charge the same rates as more experienced ones.

The key here is to prove that you can deliver. Even if you have the skills but don’t have the experience, it can take a while before you can charge a rate as high as those charged by a copywriter with more experience than you do. This, even if you will be writing on the same topic. A Web article, for example, may cost only $75 for a beginner copywriter while a more experienced copywriter may charge at least $120.

The type of writing and topic

The type of writing project and its topic will also affect copywriting rates. An article written on a general topic, for example, may be charged at a lower rate than a write-up about a project with a specialized topic. Article writing, newsletters, brochures, ads, ghostwriting a book, news stories, press releases, etc. ?require different types of research and styles of writing.

The type of research that has to go into writing will also influence the rates ?the more difficult, intricate and technical the writing needs to be, the higher its rate. Extras that add value to a copywriting service such as search engine optimization or writing using HTML can also allow a writer to charge more.

To give you an idea how much copywriters charge for their services, here are some ballpark figures you might find useful:

For articles that will appear on a website, copywriters charge anywhere from $100 to $400 per write-up. If you choose to charge by the hour, the range can be anywhere from a low of $50 to around $85. For Web content that will fill 10 pages, you might want to charge for about $1,000 to $1,500, depending on the type of content.

For press releases, copywriters often charge from $300 to around $600 while others may charge lower, starting at around $100 or $150.

For sales letters, freelance copywriters usually charge a whopping $1,000 to around $2,000 per letter. Some, such as those still building their portfolio, can charge from a low of $200 to around $500.

The number of wordS

Many copywriters charge per word while others prefer a set number of minimum words per write-up. These become the basis of their copywriting rates. For example, a copywriter may charge a lower rate for a 300-word write-up than he would for a 500-word article.

The frequency of the writing project

There are different copywriting rates set for one-time writing projects and for continuous assignments. Copywriters will generally charge a slightly lower copywriting rate for continuous projects than for one-time only articles.

After service
As part of their copywriting services, copywriters often allow one revision per article which is included in the set rate. Further revisions and additions are sometimes billed extra or based on a per hour rate. Copywriters may charge from about $30 to $70 an hour to make their revisions.

Self-marketing

Believe it or not, how much you can charge for your copywriting rates will also depend on how well you can sell your writing skills. If you’re unsure of what to charge and less confident about your writing, you’re likely to charge a rate that is less than what’s reasonable for your level of skills and experience. Know your skills and be confident so you will never have to charge an unreasonable rate.

Tips on How to Sell Your Teleseminar Effectively

Friday 12 September 2008 @ 4:13 am

Find one topic that you are interested in and do a search online. Chances are, you’ll find a teleseminar that offers that subject. Teleseminars are quite popular these days because they are not only very convenient to host and participate in, they are also relatively cheaper to produce than more traditional person-to-person seminars.

Now that you have your own teleseminar to promote, the very first concern you probably have is how to compete. When there are so many teleseminars tackling similar subjects out there, how do you effectively sell a teleseminar? Here are practical tips you can use:

Be prepared to outsell the competition

The key to successfully selling a teleseminar is making an impact on prospective attendees. For this, you have to make the proper preparations. Some of the most important considerations you need to keep in mind are:

Your subject matter

Choose your topic carefully. If you want to sell a teleseminar successfully, the topic must be relevant to the current needs of your target market. Find out what these needs are through research. Go to forums, check comment boxes or join online groups to find out what types of topics people want to learn about.

In-depth knowledge of your subject matter

Never host a teleseminar if you don’t know your subject completely. You can’t always bluff, you know. Besides, your attendees will be able to tell. Always research your subject thoroughly, cover all the necessary bases and make sure your information is up-to-date. Anticipate any questions that may be raised so you’re always prepared.

The contents of your teleseminar

To sell your teleseminar, you should be able to offer something different. Consider your subject matter right now and do a search online for teleseminars with similar content. You’ll probably see plenty of competition.

To stand out, make sure your lecture can give a different point of view or approach. People want something that is refreshing and if you can take the subject matter in a different direction effectively, then do so.

Your headline

The title of your teleseminar has a lot to do with how successfully you can sell it. It should intrigue, create curiosity and invite people to know more. Although it should be able to show people the topic you’re offering, it shouldn
